I am looking into using Tor to access websites in Venezuela that don't allow access from foreign IPs. Should I then be setting the ExitNode or EntryNode to {ve}? From what I read I think it should be ExitNode, but I should wanted to double check. Also, the only available relay in ve has Exit Policy reject *:* Does this mean I'm stuffed?
